Attach a Bluetooth beacon to your equipment and let your fleet do the rest: every time a Vigilo tracker passes nearby, the platform updates where it is. No cables, no charging, for years.
GeneratorLast position · North site · 14:32Detected by Unit 12Vigilo trackerThe beacon has no GPS or SIM card: it emits a Bluetooth signal. The Vigilo trackers in your vehicles detect it and send its position to the platform.

Each beacon, fixed to the machine, tool or material, emits a unique Bluetooth ID every few seconds.
When a vehicle with a Vigilo tracker is within range, it detects the beacon and links it to its own GPS position.
The platform shows the last recorded position of each beacon, with the date, time and the vehicle that detected it.
You don’t have to do anything. Every time any Vigilo tracker in your fleet passes near a beacon, its position is updated in the platform. So you know where each piece of equipment was left and when it was last seen.
Each detection is recorded with the position of the vehicle that passed nearby.
Mini excavators, compactors, platforms and machinery without their own power.

* Range depends on the environment (walls, metal, obstacles). The battery lasts up to 4 years transmitting every 3 s, 8 years every 5 s (standard setting) and 10 years every 10 s. A Vigilo tracker with Bluetooth is required.
ATEX is the European regulation (Directive 2014/34/EU) for equipment used in areas where an explosive atmosphere may form from gases, vapors or dust. ATEX equipment is designed not to produce sparks or heat capable of causing an explosion.

Surface use in zones 1 and 2 with all gas groups (including hydrogen), maximum surface temperature 135 °C (T4) and use in mining.

No. The beacon emits a Bluetooth signal and the Vigilo trackers provide the GPS position when they pass nearby. That is why it is so small and its battery lasts for years.
Every time a Vigilo tracker in your fleet passes within range. If no vehicle passes nearby, the platform shows the last recorded position with its date and time.
Up to 80 m in open space. Walls, metal and other obstacles reduce it.
No. The battery is not rechargeable and lasts up to 8 years with the standard setting.
You need a Vigilo tracker with Bluetooth. We tell you which units in your fleet are compatible.
